Less Patchy Time

Changed the time that Patchy enters his “alive” state and reduce the time that he stays alive. 

Now, he’ll come alive at 8 AM and stay for 3 hours.

Default Duration – 5 hours
Default Start Time 12 PM

Any other desired times, feel free to request.
